For the 2020-2021 school year, Kesher Newton will be offering "before Kesher care" (Lifnei Kesher) from 8:00AM - 3:00PM while students are out of school for their "hybrid model" of learning.
During this time, students will be assisted with their virtual learning school assignments, play outside, and do fun activities in a Hebrew-immersive environment.
Our model will follow the Newton Public School schedule, where students come to Kesher on the days they are not in school, and have an option to come earlier in the day, including Wednesdays, when everyone is home.
At first, families can sign up for 2-3 days. Depending on interest and enrollment, we may open up a 1, 4 or 5 day option.
Spots are limited to 10 students per group. Preference will be given to current Kesher families, and then enrollment will be opened up to the greater community.
Parents commit to Lifnei Kesher one semester at a time. Priority will be given to students who are also enrolling in the Kesher after-school program.
