Daily Schedule

Kesher Newton is open four days per week, Monday through Thursday, and students attend two days each week. Students have the option of coming Monday and Wednesday, Monday and Thursday, Tuesday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday. We coordinate our schedule with the Newton Public Schools, opening early on Tuesdays and early release Thursdays.

12:30 Z'man Chofshi - Kids arrive and have free time

1:00 Arochat Tzohorayim - Lunch

1:30 Z'man B'chutz - Informal time to play outside at a nearby park

2:15 Z'man Chugim - Special activities such as drama, building projects, cooking, and art

3:40 Z'man Kibbud - Snack time

4:00 Z'man Ivrit - Hebrew time

4:45 Z'man Yahadut - Judaica time

5:30 Z'man Shirah - Song time

5:45 L'hitraot - End of day (See you soon!)

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays we follow the same schedule beginning at 3:00 with Z'man B'chutz/Outside time and 3:40 with Kibbud/Snack.
